I had a wonderful experience at this resort. We were welcomed with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The atmosphere was charming with a nice trail by the lagoon, perfect for a relaxing stroll. However, I did encounter a few minor issues like some moldy odors in one of the rooms and a lack of breakfast options. Overall, it's a nice place for couples or families, but it could use some improvements in certain areas.

Rooms

The room was clean, comfortable, and came with an attic, providing a unique experience. However, I noticed a musty smell that required ventilation.

The front desk staff were accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing a room upgrade, which I greatly appreciated.
Location

The resort is situated right by a quaint lagoon and is close to several restaurants, making it a convenient spot to explore the area.
Dining

There were limited options for breakfast, which was a bit disappointing as I was hoping for something more substantial to start the day.

6.8/10

My stay at the resort was quite mixed. While the location by the marina in Ucluelet was beautiful and peaceful, the hotel itself felt a bit run-down and overpriced for what it offered. The rooms had potential, but some details need attention. Overall, I found it clean and convenient for exploring the area, but it didn't live up to the luxury I was hoping for, especially at that price point.

Rooms
7.0
The room I had was clean and had a lovely little balcony overlooking the inlet and mountains. It included a fireplace, which was nice, but overall, the decor felt somewhat plain and dated.
Service
6.0
The reception staff seemed a bit distracted during check-in and check-out. A friendlier greeting would have made a difference.
Location
8.0
The location is great, right on the main road and overlooking the marina. It's easy to walk to various eateries and central to visit Tofino and the beaches nearby.
Dining
7.0
I didn't dine at the hotel, but there were plenty of dining options nearby, so it suited my needs just fine.
Facilities
6.0
Although the facilities are there, they could use some sprucing up, especially outdoor areas which looked a bit neglected.

I enjoyed a cozy stay with a few highlights and low points. The location was amazing, allowing easy access to the Wild Pacific Trail and local attractions. My room offered a breathtaking view, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. However, the bathroom issues and lack of amenities like cleaning service made things a bit uncomfortable. A few improvements could really elevate the experience.

The facilities are decent; however, the outside deck needed cleaning, which detracted from the overall experience.

I had a delightful family getaway at this charming lodge nestled in the West Coast of VI. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, complete with a lovely balcony and excellent Wi-Fi, which was a lifesaver for my work needs. However, the room temperature was a bit low, and it lacked the fireplace amenities I expected. Also, I noticed limited staff presence, which might not suit everyone's comfort level. Overall, it’s a cozy spot with room for improvement.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice balconies and decent bathrooms. However, they could be warmer, and the fireplace had no supplies to use.

I had a lovely experience at the Princess Resort with beautiful panoramic views from our room. The wildlife around the area added to the charm, but it was quite concerning to read about others' experiences that differed greatly from mine. Overall, the place feels special with its nature aspects, although improvements could be made in room upkeep.

Rooms

The rooms were lovely with a nice balcony and a stunning view of the harbor. However, they lacked some essential amenities like kitchen facilities or sufficient seating.
